大型电机窜轴及轴向力试验研究

摘    要:通过现场试验研究和理论分析,找出了具有滑动轴承结构型式的大中型电机作为机械设备的拖动电机使用时发生的电机转子轴向窜动问题的根源。同时指出,使用设计合理,制造精确的新弹性圈柱销联轴器传递扭矩时,能够基本消除轴向方,避免电机转子的轴向窜动。

Abstract:The source for producing the rotor axial hunting of meduim and large electric motor with sleeve bearing, being used as driving machine, is found out through field experimental study and theoretical analysis .Meanwhile it is shown, that the axial force of the motor can be eliminated basically by using reasonably designed and accurately manufactured new flexible coupling with cylinder pins and elastic cushions to deliver torques.By above mentioned structural measure the axial hunting of the rotor can be avoided
