摘    要:采用简单方便的方法制备了钙钛矿型催化剂La0.8K0.2Cu0.05Mn0.95O3,用程序升温反应的方法评价催化剂同时去除NOx和碳烟的性能,利用XRD、BET和SEM研究煅烧温度对其结构的影响,进而从物理角度分析催化剂性能的影响因素.结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,催化剂的晶型更加完美,比表面积和平均孔径都下降,内部的微孔逐渐减少.结合程序升温反应可知,最有利于同时催化去除NOx和碳烟的催化剂的平均孔径为17nm左右.

Abstract:A novel kind of active perovskite catalyst(La_(0.8)K_(0.2)Cu_(0.05)Mn_(0.95)O_3) was synthesized using a simple method and the catalytic properties were evaluated by temperature programmed reaction(TPR) method.Combining with XRD,BET and SEM,the effect of calcination temperature on the structure and catalytic properties of catalysts were investigated.The results indicate:with the increasing of the calcination temperature,the catalysts crystal will become more perfect,the specific surface area and the average pore diameter will decrease,and the micro-pore in the catalysts will also decrease even disappear.All results show that the optimal pore diameter of catalysts for simultaneous removal of NO_x and soot is about 17nm.
