| 摘 要： | 杜仲籽是一种新的油源,对如何制取和精炼杜仲籽油的工艺进行了研究。原料首先经过粉碎、浸出,脱除杜仲树脂,脱溶得到杜仲籽毛油。毛油再通过磷酸脱胶,碳酸钙中和脱色、脱臭等精炼工序,得到杜仲籽精炼油。实验结果表明,精炼后的杜仲籽油达到了食用油标准,可以作为一种具有保健作用的新品种油。

| Abstract: | Eucommia ulmoides oliver seed is a new oil source.The extraction and refining of eucommia ulmoides oliver seed oil was discussed.Through crushing,extracting,de-colophony,de-solvent,crude eucommia ulmoides oliver seed oil was produced.Then the refined eucommia ulmoides oliver seed oil was obtained by degumming with phosphoric acid,neutralizing with calcium carbonate,bleaching and deodorizing.The results indicate that the refined eucommia ulmoides oliver seed oil can reach sanitation standard and can be used as a nutritional vegetable oil. |
