| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a statistic analysis method of basic wind by considering the joint probability distribustion of wind speed and wind direction based on the least square method. By applying this method to make the statistic analysis of the basic wind in Shanghai, the paper expounds the necessity of considering the joint probability distribution of wind speed and wind direction. |
