摘    要:给出了Cz法Nd:YAG晶体生长系统的温度场、浓度场及速度场的模型,结合相应的边界条件,用有限差分法求解了该模型。并用 DelPhi语言编写数值模拟程序,得出了对该系统中的温度场、速度场、浓度场的详细准确的描述。

Abstract:This paper attempts to design the model of the temperature, concentration and flow field of the system, which grows Nd: YAG crystal by Czochralski method. With proper bound- ary condition, the model is calculated by Finite Differential Methed. The computer is pro- grammed in Delphi language to simulate the system numerically, and the temperature, concen- tration and flow field of the system are described accurately and detailedly.
