论高校高水平运动队学生的学习现状及对策

大学阶段的教育，是人生发展中十分重要的阶段，随着国家对高水平运动员免试进入大学学习政策的出台，许多运动员选择了进入高校学习。高校高水平运动队学生，大部分人从少儿时期就从事运动训练，他们没有在正常的年龄上接受足够的、正规的文化教育，学习基础很差，有相当一部分仅有小学或初中文化，在学习能力上有一定的差距。当前，对优秀运动员的文化教育工作，是摆在教育工作者面前的重要课题。文中对高校高水平运动队学生的学习问题进行综合分析、调研，提出高等学校应注重培养学生终身学习的能力，建立起适应社会主义市场经济体制与劳动就业紧密结合、灵活开放、特色鲜明的办学体制。

Current Study Situation and Countermeasures of the College high-level Team Student

College - level education is the important step of human being. Since the policy that high - level athlete can enter college without examination came into existence, many athletes have chosen to enter college. However, these athletes only received middle school education and had difficulty in learning ability. Nowadays, how to educate excellent athlete is the important question educators are supposed to face. The paper carries out the comprehensive analysis in accordance with the college high -level team student study, and put forwards the suggestion that cultivates the study ability of the student and sets up the flexible, open study system which is suitable to the socialist economy market.
