| 摘 要： | 解决离心泵、耐酸泵、真空泵等耐腐蚀泵、杂质泵的过流部件腐蚀可以选择玻璃钢作为过流件的复衬或玻璃钢过流件。玻璃钢可以作为铸铁、钢制造过流件的复衬。玻璃钢过流件的制造需要解决的主要问题是提高整体性,其关键在压制模具的结构。

| Abstract: | To solve corrosion of over-current component for pump,glassfiber reinforced plastic（FRP） as the over-cur-rent pieces or FRP as complex lining of over-current items can be selected.FRP can be used for e-lining pieces of cast iron or steel over-current pieces to improve the integrity need be solved for FRP parts for manufacturing over-current pieces of pump.the key problems is mold structure.Over-current pieces of FRP can be used not only to bear corrosion pump,and it can be used to impurity pump. |
