| 摘 要： | 对滚筒式回潮机的片烟松散装置进行了改造,散料装置采用了竖直耙钉的方式,使散料效果更加明显,且避免了挂料和料尾过长现象,烟饼数量比改造前减少75%左右,提高了片烟的加工质量。

| Abstract: | The strip loosener in cylinder conditioner was improved, upright pins were used to promote the loosening action, whereby tobacco tangling on the pins and delaying in the conditioner were avoided, the amount of tobacco pads reduced by about 75%. The processing quality of strips was improved accordingly. |
