基于MC68HC705C8的温控电路设计

摘    要:为了实现真空冷冻干燥仓的自动控制,分析了干扰产生的原因,设计了看门狗电路和抗干扰电路.电路中光耦隔离输出电路的设计增强了单片机工作的稳定性和抗干扰性;通信电路设计采用MC1488将TTL电平转换为RS-232C电平,采用MC1489将RS-232C标准电平转换为TTL电平,实现了单片机与PC间的通信.系统选用以WZPPt100型热电阻为核心元件的温度感应器,检测电路设计为不平衡电桥,通过检测桥对角线的电压差信号实现温度检测.

Abstract:In order to achieve the automatic control of Freezed-Dry Vacuum Container,the article analyzed the reason of interference,and designed the watchdog and the interference rejection circuit.The design of photoelectricity coupling isolating output circuit strengthened MCU's stableness and interference rejection in working;MC1488 was used in the design of communication circuit to change TTL coltage into RS-232C voltage,and MC1489 was used to change RS-232C stangard voltage into TTL voltage,so the communication between MCU and PC came true.The system selected WZP Pt100 thermal resistance to be the temperature indector's core element,the check circuit was a disequilibrium electric bridge,and it could check temperature through checking the voltage dispersion of the bridge's diagonal.
