跨国公司作为经济全球化的载体,是推动经济全球化进程的重要力量。本文着重分析了 近年来跨国公司由于资金、技术等投资,对世界经济尤其是发展中国家经济(产业、就业等结 构)产生积极影响的同时,也分析了对发展中国家的民族工业、金融安全等可能产生消极影响。 作为发展中国家要积极稳妥利用跨国公司经营策略,来提升自身的国际竞争力。

Developments of transnational corporations and their influence on the world economy

Transnational corporations, as the carrier of the economic globalization, are the important force in such a globalization process. This article analyses the positive effects brought about by the transnational corporations in their investment of fund and technology on the world economy, particularly on the economy (their industry and employment) in the developing countries. At the same time,it also analyzes the negative effects caused by transnational corporations on the national industry and financial safety in the developing countries. The authors hold the view that developing countries should actively avail themselves of the opportunity brought about by the transnational corporations' business strategies in order to upgrade their own international competitive power.
