信息系统应用水平的评价方法

摘    要:阐述了制造行业企业信息化过程中信息系统(IS)应用、企业特性与企业信息化收益三者之间关系的特点,提出了一种基于IS应用数量的制造行业企业信息化水平的评价方法.该方法对于每项IS应用给出评价指标,用指标得分加权和的形式作为该IS应用的得分;根据企业特性及IS应用的特点确定各项IS应用的权数,用IS应用得分加权和的形式确定企业信息化水平的总得分,最后考虑IS应用的系统集成效应修正评价结果并给出评价等级.

Abstract:An analysis is carried out about the relationship among information system (IS) applications, properties of the enterprise and the benefits obtained through the implementation of the IS application.An assessment method to measure the implementation success of IS application in the manufacturing industry is put forward.Indexes for every IS application can be decided with the weighted sum of the index scores as the implementation level of the application. The weight for an IS application is determined by the properties of the enterprise and the application. The aggregated implementation level is measured by the weighted sum of the implementation level of all applications.Assessment is obtained by evaluating synergy and determining the implementation level.
