同步真空断路器高精度位置控制研究

摘    要:同步真空断路器的合、分闸时间的稳定性受控制电压、环境温度、触头磨损和机械老化等外界因素的影响,采用高精度位置伺服控制使断路器触头按照给定的最佳轨迹运动,可保证同步真空断路器操作时间的稳定性。首先,采用MATLAB建立永磁机构真空断路器动态运动模型,设计自适应模糊控制器实现断路器的高精度位置控制;其次,对设计的断路器位置模糊控制算法性能进行仿真分析和优化;最后,对设计的真空断路器位置控制进行试验测试。仿真和测试结果表明,位置控制真空断路器伺服性能良好,断路器合、分闸时间分散性小于±0.5 ms,满足IEC 62271-302标准对同步真空断路器操作时间一致性的要求。

Abstract:Stable timing is essential when synchronous closing and opening operations are required.The drifts of a synchronous vacuum circuit breaker’s operating times can be caused by the operating conditions such as the variations of the ambient temperature,the control voltage,the contact wear and the idle time.In order to compensate the influence of temperature,control voltage,ageing and other disturbance and guarantee that the operating times will remain stable in long term,a high accurate position control method is adapted to control the movement of the synchronous vacuum circuit breaker based on a comparison of the movement of the switching with the optimal reference trajectory.First,the dynamistic model of a permanent magnetic actuator vacuum circuit is simulated by using MATLAB package and a fuzzy controller is designed to realize the high accuracy position control.Second,the performances of the fuzzy control algorithm based on position control are simulated and optimized.Finally,a vacuum circuit breaker with position control has been tested.The testing results show that the position closed-loop control meet with IEC 62271-302 requirements to consistency operating times in synchronous switch,and the drifts of operating times are less than±0.5 ms.
