抽油机节能控制系统的研制

摘    要:针对抽油机电驱动装置效率和功率因数低、耗能严重的问题,研制了一台新型的抽油机节能控制系统.该控制系统以AT89C51单片机为核心,同时给出了系统的工作原理,硬件结构和软件流程.实验结果表明该节能控制系统利用就地电容补偿原理,降低了抽油机的总损耗,提高了工作效率和功率因数,具有较好的节能效果.

Abstract:The saving energy control system is proposed for problem of oil drawing machine electric driver which efficiency and power factor is low. It based on AT89C51 single - chip microprocessor. Its working principle, hardware organization and software flow chart are given, Experiments result shows that this control system increase work efficiency and power factor by applying nearby capacitance compensation theory. The control system processes fine saving energy effect.
