摘    要:在中央空调节能装置中采用两级网络总线结构.第一级采用开放性良好的TCP/IP协议;第二级采用低成本的Modbus协议来实现现场的测量与控制.这样的结构有很高的性价比.针对模拟传感器难以校准的问题,系统中采用IEEE1451.4标准.在传感器中引入TEDS,以混合信号变送器的方式,为变送器提供了自我标识能力,解决了传感器自动校正难题.为了降低节能控制器的成本,IEEE1451中定义的校准功能模块被移至网络服务器中实现,而控制器中仅实现负责数据通信的校准算法引擎.

Abstract:This energy-saving controller for central air-conditioner(ESCCA) is made up of two level mixed network structures.Opening TCP/IP protocol is used in the first level,and low cost Modbus protocol is used in the second level to realize local measuring and control.This structure can achieve higher performance-price ratio.In order to deal with the difficult adjusting question in analog sensor,IEEE1451.4 standard is applied in this system.Through using TEDS and mixed transmitter,the ability of self-identify is provided to the sensor and the auto-adjusting problem in sensor is solved.In order to reduce the cost of controller,the model of adjusting function defined in IEEE1451 is moved to network server,and the adjusting arithmetic engine for data communication is implemented in the controller.
