摘    要:熔融转炉钢渣含有大量热能,如何有效的回收是钢铁企业面临的重大课题。通过对熔渣热能利用战略意义的探讨,介绍热闷工艺和闪蒸发电技术,提出利用液压推拉杆热闷法回收熔融钢渣中显热的构想,并阐述转炉熔渣在热能回收过程中存在的问题和技术的可行性,从社会效益、经济效益和环保效益等角度说明转炉钢渣能源利用的重要性。

Abstract:Molten BOF slag contains large amounts of heat, how to effectively recycling is a major issue facing the steel industry. This article through to the slag heat energy use strategic sense's discussion, introduced the hot stuffy craft and the flash vaporization power technology, Proposes using the hydraulic pressure push-pull rod hot stuffy method recycling fusing steel slag in the manifested heat conception, and elaborated the BOF slag the question which and the technical feasibility exists in the heat energy recycling process, from social efficiency, economic efficiency and environmental protection benefit explanation BOF steel slag energy use necessity.
