高职院校管理育人的内涵厘定及体系构建

摘    要:管理育人是指学校通过管理者的角色行为,对师生在政治素质、思想观念和道德品质等方面施加影响,使之趋向于学校德育目标的过程和方法。通过树立"以人为本、严格管理"的理念,坚持外在管理和自我管理相结合、目标管理和过程管理相结合的原则,强化制度建设的导向作用、管理者的示范作用和诸多管理形式的合力作用,树立责任意识、服务意识、大局意识和榜样意识,从而达到育人的目的。

Abstract:Management education means that higher vocational colleges influence reachers' and students' political, ideological and moral quality through a manager's role behaviour, so that to achieve the purpose of moral education. Higher vocational colleges should set up people-oriented and strict management philosophy, adhere to the combination between external management and self-management, target management and process management, strengthen the guiding role of system construction management, demonstration effect of managers and combined force of other management types, establish sense of responsibility, service, overall situation and model, so that to achieve the aim of education.
