摘    要:建设一支高素质的"双师型"教师队伍是保证高职院校人才培养目标实现的前提。"后示范"时期,高职院校需通过创新"双师型"教师培训体系、构建专兼结合的"双师型"教师团队、完善"双师型"教师政策保障机制等方式,不断提升"双师型"教师队伍质量,以促进高职院校内涵式发展。

Abstract:To construct a double qualified teaching staff team is the premise to realize the talent training objective of higher vocational educa- tion. In the post-demonstration period, higher vocational colleges should improve the quality of double qualified teaching staff through methods of innovating double qualified teaching staff training system, building double qualified part-time and full-time teach- ing staff, perfecting double qualified teaching staff policy guarantee mechanism, so that to promote higher vocational colleges' con- notative development.
