基于多体动力学的橡胶金属-联轴器橡胶套力学分析

摘    要:基于多体动力学采用ADAMS软件建立橡胶-金属联轴器橡胶套的仿真模型,并对比分析6种工况下橡胶套所受应力值的大小及分布规律.结果表明,改变联轴器输入转速和扭矩可以有效控制橡胶套所受应力值的大小,但对应力分布情况的改变效果有限,且扭矩变化占主导作用.

Abstract:A simulation model for rubber components of rubber-metal coupling was established based on multi-body dynamics by ADAMS(automatic dynamics analysis of mechanical system) software,and the stress and its distribution in the rubber components were analyzed comparatively under 6 working conditions.The results showed that changes in speed and torque of the coupling could control the stress effectively,but had little effect on the stress distribution,hange of torque was the dominant effect.
