摘    要:介绍了一种新的陶瓷加工方法:即采用激光来加热陶瓷,陶瓷在高功率激光的作用下瞬时升温而软化,硬度和脆性大大降低,再用硬质合金刀具像切削金属一样来加工陶瓷。在此基础上,综述了各种工艺参数,如激光功率、光斑大小、材料、进给速度、切削深度、激光作用点与刀具的距离、工件旋转速度等对激光加热辅助切削工程陶瓷质量的影响。还给出了国内外研究进展,并对其发展做了展望。

Abstract:A new manufacturing means, laser-assisted machining (LAM), was introduced That a laser is used to heat the ceramic and raise its the temperature rapidly, resulting in the softening and the fall of hardness and brittleness and then the ceramic can be machined as the metal cut with hard alloy tolls Furthermore, the influences of the processing parameters, such as the laser power, spot size, materials, feed speed, cut depth, the distance of laser spot and tool, rotation velocity and so on, on the machining quality of LAM were also reviewed After that, the progress of LAM engineering ceramics at home and abroad, as well as the future development of this technology is summarized
