基于压电陶瓷驱动的谐综合电子凸轮

摘    要:提出了一种新型电子凸轮的概念.利用独特的叠层梁式压电陶瓷驱动器作为主动件,由有限元法确定输入单位正弦电压的频率和输出的运动幅值之间的规律;基于谐综合方法,选择组成周期性输入电压的各分量电压的频率、幅度和初相位,驱动机构从动件输出的运动实现谐综合的特性,从而达到较高的运动输出精度.

Abstract:A concept about a new type of electronic cam was put forward.A unique piezoelectric ceramic sandwich beam actuator was used as active piece.The regulation about output movement am-plitude vs frequencies of alternative voltages was decided by finite element method.Based on harmonic synthesis method,frequency,amplitude and initial phase of every elements composing periodical input voltage were chosen,and the driven piece of the mechanism was driven to realize harmonic synthesis movement characteristics to get high output movement precision.
