项目管理中工程竣工结算经验浅谈

随着汝阳5000t／d选矿厂工程项目破土动工，工程项目建设日益增多，工程成本的核算与工程投资的控制更加受到重视，从而工程竣工结算审核这一工作的重要性也被推上了日程。本文结合多年参与工程审计结算工作的经历，就工程竣工结算审核工作中把握的要点及存在的难点进行了阐述。

Project Management Experience In The Settlement Of The Completion Of The Works

With the Ruyang 5000 tons / day concentrator project started,Increasing number of construction projects,the accounting of the project cost and the control of the engineering investment have been put more attention on,so the importance of completion of the project and accounting is also pushed into the agenda.In this paper,I mainly talk about the main points and the difficult points in completion of the projectand billing audit according to my experience in this field so many years.
