摘    要:电容器用聚丙烯薄膜属非极性材料,相对电容率εr低、介质损耗因数tanδ小,厚度薄,具有一定的吸附性,因此,在测试过程中受外界的影响较为敏感,要准确地测试其εr和tanδ是非常值得研究的。本文通过对多种测试电极、测试方法的对比研究试验,得出了相互间测试结果的差异,并对差异性的原因进行分析,有利于各测试方法的对比和数据分析。

Comparative Study on the Test Method of Relative Permittivity and Dielectric Loss Factor for Polypropylene Film
Abstract:The polypropylene film for power capacitors is a kind of non-polar material,with such features as low relative permittivity,low dielectric dissipation factor,thin thickness and self-adsorption. Therefore, it is sensitive to the external influence in the test and the accurate test of its εr and tanδ are worth studying. In this paper,the difference between test results is obtained by way of comparative study and test of multiple test electrode and test methods,the reason for the difference is analyzed,which is helpful in comparison and data analysis of various test methods.
