电力电容器单元噪声测量值的不确定度分析

摘    要:测量不确定度是表明测量结果分散性的一个独立参数,进行电容器单元噪声声功率级测量时必须同时给出被测值及与该值相关的测量不确定度才具有完整意义。在分析电容器单元噪声测量不确定度时,把总测量不确定度分成测量方法引起的分量和被测对象声辐射的不稳定所引起的分量,建立了电容器单元声功率级测量的不确定度模型,根据一般条件的分析表明,进行精密法测量时被测电容器单元声辐射不稳定所引起的不确定度为0.3 d B,由于测量方法引起的不确定度为0.5 d B,在置信度为95%时的扩展不确定度为1.2 d B。

Uncertainty Analysis of Noise Measurement of Power Capacitor Unit
Abstract:The uncertainty measurement is an independent parameter to express the dispersity of measu-red value. In case of sound power measurement of capacitor unit,the meaning will be complete when both the measured value and related measurement uncertainty of the value are given. In case of the uncertainty analysis of sound of capacitor,the total measurement uncertainty is divided into the component caused by measurement method and component caused by unstability of the sound radiation of the tested object to set up uncertainty model of the sound power of capacitor unit. It is shown by the analysis of general cond-ition that,in case of accuracy measurement,the uncertainty due to unstability of sound radiation of capacitor unit is 0.3 dB,and due to measurement method is 0.5 dB and the extend uncertainty is 1.2 dB at 95%confidence degree.
