摘    要:在数据挖掘技术的基础上,结合目前轿车营销市场竞争激烈的现状,提出了基于数据挖掘技术的营销管理解决方案,使其系统地贯穿于市场分析、目标策略制定、客户管理的全过程;并给出了聚类分析技术应用市场细分、判定树模型应用于目标客户挖掘的实例。

Abstract:Combined with technologies of data mining and the situation ot tierce competition m car marketing, a solution for marketing managment based on technologies of data mining is presented and is systematically passed through in market analysis, goal strategy formulation and customer management entire process. And two examples that clustering analysis to apply in market segmentation and the model of decision tree to apply in goal customer mining are presented.
