加工多巴原油的问题与对策

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN PROCESSING DOBA CRUDE

The properties of high acid-value and high calcium content Doba crude are described together with the influence of processing Doba crude on unit operation, product quality, and equipment corrosion. Doba crude is a kind of intermediatebase heavy crude with a high acid-value, high content of calcium, salt, and carbon residue, but a low light oil yield. Different from other acid crudes, the naphthenic acid in Doba crude mainly distributes in residue. It is accounted that equipment corrosion can be effectively controlled by taking the measures such as mixing with low acid-value and sour crude, making a completed revamping of the unit, upgrading the material of equipment, paying a great attention to electrical desalting operation, and selecting the high efficiency demulsifying agent, decalcifying agent and high temperature corrosion inhibitor.
