电流变技术的发展与应用

摘    要:电流变液体是流变特性可由外加电场控制的一种新型智能材料.本文综述了电流变液体的组成和电流变液体的最新研究成果.详细讨论了电流变技术在减振器、离合器、电流变阀、精密研磨、触觉显示等领域的开发和研究现状.提出了电流变技术目前存在的问题和今后可能的发展方向.

Abstract:Electrorheological(ER)fluids are a smart materials whose rheological properties can be readily controlled by an external electric field.The compositions of ER fluids were summarized.The latest research progresses on ER fluids were introduced.The applications of ER technology on the following fields were presented,such as the damper,the clutch,the electrorheological valve,the polishing machining and the touch display,and so on.The problems of the present ER technology were given.The directions of the ongoing development were put forward.
