高可靠性变频解耦隔离驱动电路的研究

摘    要:驱动电路的合理设计对整机性能及可靠工作至关重要。文中介绍了双凸极永磁电机(简称DSPM M )功率驱动系统,得出系统对功率变换器驱动电路的设计要求,设计制作了驱动频率可变、解耦驱动、有关断反压的隔离驱动电路。通过驱动电路实验及系统联试证明了该驱动电路的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The proper design of driving circuit is very critical to system performance and reliability.For the controller of doubly salient permanent magnet motor,the requirements of power converter driving circuit are concluded.Thus,a novel isolated driving circuit was designed and executed,which possesses the following functions,such as variable frequency,decouping driving,turn-off negative voltage between gate and source pole of power MOSFET.Exprimental results testify that the design is feasible and reliable.
