摘    要:应用开发的电荷耦合器件测试系统(Charge coupled device,CCD).研究了汽液固三相自然循环沸腾流系统中固含率沿轴向的变化规律,结果表明沿轴向方向,在加热管内,固含率具有一定波动行为,呈现"S"型分布;加热管内的固含率值较循环管内的值大;随着热通量的增加,加热管内固含率逐渐减小,而循环管内固含率逐渐增加.这些局部行为研究对于揭示该系统的流动、传热和防垢机理,指导工业实践具有应用价值.

Abstract:In this paper, a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) measuring system was developed to investigate the solid holdup in a vapor-liquid-solid natural circulating flow boiling system. It was found that along the axial direction, the solid holdup profile has a feature of fluctuation and the distribution curve has the shape of letter S. The solid particles holdup in heating tube is larger than that in circulating tube. When increasing the heat flux, the solid holdup in heating tube gradually decreases, but the solid holdup in circulating tube gradually increases. With the increase of solid particle volume, the solid holdups increase in both tubes.
