| 摘 要： | 高素质技能型人才匮乏是我国新通信业发展的制约因素。从新通信产业人才需求特点、需求范围、需求层次等方面,对我国现代新通信业人才需求状况进行分析和探讨,可以看出,各高校应明确定位培养目标,合理构建通信类专业教学体系和人才培养平台,培养出符合社会需求的毕业生,缓解新通信人才紧缺的局面。

| Abstract: | The factor that restrains the development of chinese telecommunication technology that is the lack of high-quality technicians.The requirement situation of the talents in Chinese communication industry is investigated in the aspects of characteristic,range and level of the requirement.It is clear that the college should define its cultivation aim,construct the cultivation platform and cultivate the graduates for society requirement to remit the lack of the technical talents in the communication industry. |
