摘    要:报道石油化工科学研究院与齐鲁石化公司催化剂厂俣作开发的第一代降低低汽油烯烃含量的催化剂裂化催化剂GOR-Q的中试和工业放大研究结果。该剂人有重油裂化能力强,稳定性好,汽油烯烃含量较低等特点。同时GOR-Q催化剂制备过程可行,重复性好。在高桥石化公司的工业应用结果表明:该剂与同类渣油裂化催化剂相比,汽油烯烃体积含量可降低8.68个百分点。

Abstract:A novel FCC catalyst, COR-Q, for gasoline olefin reduction was developed by the cooperation of Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and Catalyst Complex of Qilu Petrochemical Company. The evaluation re-sult on the pilot plant and commercial scale up catalyst showed that it had the advantages of high bottoms conversion, good hydrothermal stability and low olefin content in cracked naphtha. The preparation process of the catalyst was fea-sible and good repeatability was achieved. The catalyst application in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company indi-cated that the olefin content in cracked naphtha decreased by 8.68 percentages in comparison with using the original resid cracking catalyst.
