基于现场总线的工程车辆计算机控制系统的设计

摘    要:根据车辆传动与操纵系统的特点,采用控制器局域网技术和现场总线技术,设计并实现了一类大型重载工程运梁车的计算机控制系统。设计中充分利用了现场总线的实时性和分散式控制功能。针对大型运输车对转向系统和调平系统的操纵要求,设计了相应的控制程序和友好的人机界面。所设计的计算机控制系统已在实际的工程使用中取得了良好的运行效果。现场总线控制系统在工程车辆中的应用为机械传动与操纵系统的控制与综合提供了新的途径。

Abstract:In the paper, the design and implementation of the heavy-duty engineering vehicle computer control system is discussed according to the needs of the system of transmission and manipulation for the vehicle, the characters of real-time in Control Area Network(CAN) and distributed control capability are taken into consideration. Aiming at the requirements of the control and manipulation of the steering system and level system of the heavy-duty engineering vehicle, the control program and the friendly Human Machine Interface are designed. The computer control system for the truck has made the excellent operating results in the real engineering application. The application of the fieldbus control system to the engineering truck provides a new way for the control and synthesis of the mechanical transmission and manipulating system.
