摘    要:介绍了一种自行开发的柴油机电控掺烧乙醇的多点喷射系统.该系统利用16位高性能单片机C167CS和传感器系统,通过采集传感器信号进行数据分析处理,优化控制输出以及显示的自动化和数字化,以实现乙醇的实时、高速的定掺比掺烧.并且还详细阐述了电控系统的硬件设计,如喷醇电磁阀的驱动电路、软件实现的思路和方法,如转速采集模块的编程.

Abstract:An original multi-point injection system in diesel electronic control of blending ethanol is introduced in this paper.A high-performance MCU C167CS with 16-bit and sensor systems are adopted in this system.Through analysis of the data collected by the sensors,optimized output control as well as automatic and digital display,a real-time and fast blending ethanol with a definite ratio is realized.Designs of the control hardware system,such as the drive circuit of spraying ethanol solenoid valve,and ideas and methods of software implementation,such as the programming acquisition module of speed,are also elaborated.
