| 摘 要： | 通过概述现有一些流量测试仪的特点和测试方法,重点介绍了一种新型注水井井下涡街流量测试仪的结构与工作原理、涡街流量传感器测量原理、测试工艺、技术指标等,并运用一现场实例验证了该仪器测试中集流装置易操作,流量传感器部分无可动部件、线性好、可靠性高、适应各种注水水质条件,以及测试后仪器清洗简单、维护方便等优点。

| Abstract: | This article generalizes the characteristics of some existing flow meters and their respective measurements and test methods and mainly introduces the structure and working mechanism of a new downhole vortex shedding flow meter applied in water injection wells as well as the measurement principles, testing technology and technological targets of vortex shedding flow sensors. Some field applications prove that the flow sensor features good linearity, high reliability and has no movable parts It is compatible with various injection water quality, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. |
