低压断路器操作机构的应力分析

摘    要:虚拟样机技术已成为开发新型低压电器的关键技术.将有限元分析软件ANSYS和多体动力学软件ADAMS相结合,建立了塑壳断路器刚-柔耦合的机构动力学模型,分析了分断过程中机构主要构件的应力分布情况.分析结果为塑壳断路器机构的改进设计提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Virtual prototype technique has now been regarded as one of the key techniques for developing new low voltage electrical apparatus. The finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS and the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS were integrated to build a rigid-flexible coupling modeled case circuit breaker operating mechanisms dynamical model. The stress distributing characteristics in the main parts of the model were analyzed. The results offer a reference to the designing and improving of the low voltage modeled case circuit breaker.
