基于系统动力学的大学教员职称晋升预测模型

摘    要:为预测大学教员职称趋势走向问题,基于系统动力学的老化链与协流理论,构建影响教员职称晋升的各元素存量流量图,建立带有四阶延迟的大学教员职称晋升预测模型,并以系统动力学软件Vensim PLE 5.9为平台进行建模仿真。运行结果表明,该模型能进行大学教员职称晋升趋势的预测,可为大学教员职业规划方案的制定提供理论依据与技术基础。
