| 摘 要： | 针对特种车辆运输过程中无法实时监控的问题,本文介绍基于3G/GIS/GPS技术的特种车辆动态监控系统,讨论WCDMA-3G通讯技术的优势,给出该系统的组成结构、设计原理以及实现的功能。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that can not be real-time monitoring during transport in special vehicles,this article introduces special vehicle dynamic monitoring system based on 3G/GIS/GPS technologies,discusses the advantages of WCDMA-3G communication technology,gives the composition structure,design principles and implementation functions of the system. |
