| 摘 要： | 设备监理的工作性质、工作职责、工作内容、组织形式等与军事代表具有很大的相似性.在简要分析设备监理制度概况的基础上,着重分析了设备监理取费模式及其主要特点,剖析了借鉴设备监理取费模式调整军事代表业务经费的可行性及军事代表业务经费存在的主要问题,指出了调整军事代表业务经费的基本思路.
