摘    要:针对燃煤锅炉炉膛和烟气系统运行时存在的漏风问题,阐述了HG-220/100-YM10型锅炉炉膛(含冷灰斗)、空气预热器冷热端漏风系数变化对机组热经济性的影响程度.通过定量分析和计算,认为锅炉漏风不但降低锅炉效率,而且增加送风机、一次风机和吸风机耗电量,增加受热面磨损,建议火力发电企业应重视节能降耗工作.

Abstract:Focusing on air leak problems while the furnace and flue gas system of fossil - fired boiler is operating, the effect of air leakage coefficient variable of furnace, hot and cooled section of air preheater on the thermal economy of power unit was discussed. It is believed that air leakage of boiler not only can decrease its efficiency, but also increase the electric power consumption of forced draft fan, primary forced draft fan and induced draft fan and the abrasion degree of heated wall by quantitative analysis and calculation.
