| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对痔疮手术疗效的影响。方法将160例痔疮手术患者,随机分为2组,每组80例,对照组常规行术前及术后护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。结果2组患者术后并发症干预组少于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),二便通畅率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论痔疮手术患者进行综合护理干预,可减少患者术后并发症,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦及提高手术疗效。
