| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脓毒症患者应用强化胰岛素治疗的效果。方法收集140例脓毒症患者,分为观察组与对照组,观察组(80例)应用常规治疗及强化胰岛素治疗,对照组(60例)应用常规治疗。结果观察组患者呼吸机支持时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,观察组患者死亡率明显低于对照组。结论脓毒症患者及早应用强化胰岛素治疗,疗效明显,适合临床应用。
