可靠性分析对研究光纤保护通道有重要作用.文章阐述了继电保护通道的发展情况和光纤保护通道的现状,以电力系统光纤保护通道为研究对象,从网络传输、设备、人力资源、光缆环境等方面提出了影响通道可靠性的指标,建立了指标体系框架.该指标体系可以多角度和综合性地体现出系统的可靠程度,同时为光纤保护通道的建设、运行和管理提出了建议.

Study on the reliability of optical fiber protection channel

This paper describes the present situation and development of optical fiber protection channel.Focusing on power optical fiber protection channel,it discusses the factors which may influence the reliability of the protection channel from the aspects of network transmission,equipment,human resources and optical fiber environment etc.An index system is built to comprehensively reflect the reliability of the channels.At the same time,some suggestions on the construction,operation and management of optical fiber protection channel are also provided in the paper.
