| Abstract: | Limits to sovereignty for developing countries by economic globalization lies in two aspects: constraint and demisability.Faced with the limitations of national sovereignty,developing countries have both active and passive response to it,have two kinds of consequences: opportunities and challenges.Developing countries should take measures to deal with the problem actively. |
