| 摘 要： | 2007年，国家发改委、国家环保总局印发了《燃煤发电机组脱硫电价及脱硫设施运行管理办法》(以下简称“脱硫加价政策”)。文章选择了7个采用石灰石湿法、海水法、SCR(催化还原法)法进行脱硫的燃煤电厂，对脱硫加价政策进行了实证评估，并探讨了脱硫、脱销的成本分摊，提出了脱硫加价政策的优化措施。

| Abstract: | Management method for FGD tariff and FGD operation of coal-fired power generation unitswas issued by National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China in 2007.To evaluate the management method,7 coal-fired power plants using FGD methods,such as wet limestone,sea-water,SCR,etc,were selected.At last,the cost sharing of desulfurization and denitration was discussed,and the measures of FGD price markup policy were put forward. |
