摘    要:常规压井过程中立管压力的控制是非常重要的,现场采用的压力计算方法虽然简便,但是在某些情况下会带来一定误差。根据井控时井底常压的基本原理,分析了三种常规压井方法在考虑流体流型、环空摩阻、井型、井身结构等影响因素下的循环立压计算误差,特别针对边循环边加重方法,给出了一个循环周中分段加重的循环立压控制方法,从理论上证明该方法能减少压井时间。通过算例分析,指出钻柱内流体流型和环空内流动摩阻对压井操作存在的影响,对于深井、定向井、水平井、环空尺寸较小井在关井立压较高的情况下影响更大。建议对这类井压井操作时考虑各种影响因素,采用计算机软件准确控制井底压力平衡。

Abstract:Circulating stand-pipe pressure is very important in the conventional killing well process, but field operation computing method brings some problems, such as overbalance of bottom hole pressure. According to the basic principle of the bottom hole pressure keep constant, analyzed the accurately computing method of circulating stand-pipe pressure of three conventional killing method, in view of some factors as fluid flow state, well type, hole structure and friction pressure etc. Aimed at weighting while circulating method, a computing method of gradually weighting in one circulation period was given. Compared with other methods, it can be theoretically proved better to decrease killing time and to balance the BHP.
