摘    要:阐述了抚顺石化分公司石油一厂新区 2 0 0 1年新建成的凝结水回收精处理装置的自动控制系统结构、功能、技术特点。介绍了其作为国内第一套炼化凝结水回收装置自控系统所具有的可靠性和稳定性。通过实施该项目 ,回收处理后的凝结水不仅满足锅炉补水的要求 (可作为高品质的除盐水直接使用 ) ,同时还回收了凝结水中蕴涵的大量热能 ,并可显著降低蒸汽消耗 ,凝结水最大处理能力为 5 0万t a。经标定 ,全年可回收利用蒸汽凝结水 2 0万t,创效 1 90万元

Abstract:System structure,function and technology features of automatic control system in steam condensed water treatment unit are introduced in details. Especially,as the first set automatic control system of petrochemical steam condensed water treatment unit ,its reliability and stability are discussed in this paper.By implementing the system, the condensed water meets the boiler's supplement water demand(it can be used as high quality desalted water directly), a large amount of hot energy is recovered in it, and can evidently reduce steam consumption. The maximumTreatment ability is 50*104 t/a. Annual recovered steam condensed water is 20*104 t/a.
