摘    要:为提高网络安全态势评估的准确性, 提出一种灰色关联分析和支持向量机相融合的网络安全态势评估模型。根据网络安全态势评估原则进行评估指标体系选择, 并根据灰色关联分析确定指标权重, 将训练样本输入到支持向量机进行训练, 采用改进粒子群算法优化支持向量机参数, 建立网络安全态势评估模型, 最后采用数据集KDD Cup99对模型性能进行仿真测试。仿真结果表明, 该模型可以准确、客观地对网络安全态势进行评估, 评估结果可以为网络管理员提供一定价值的参考建议。

Abstract:In order to improve the assessment accuracy of network security situation, this paper put forward a network security situation assessment model based on grey relational analysis and support vector machine. It selected evaluation indexes accor-ding to the network security situation assessment rule accurately, and used grey relation analysis to determine the index weight. Then it input the data to a support vector machine to train, which used the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters to establish the network security situation assessment model. Finally it carried out the simulation experi-ment by KDD Cup99 data. Simulation results show that the proposed model can assess network security situation accurately and objectively, and the assessment results can provide valuable advice for network administrator.
