用DSC测量复铜板玻璃化转变区的比热容

摘    要:在100℃~200℃的温度范围,用蓝宝石校正DSC测量比热容的系统误差,得到校正系数K(T)=-6×10-7T2+6×10-5T+0.9922。通过测量α-Al2O3的比热容来验证准确性,结果表明:用校正公式Cpmd=K(T)Cpms,对α-Al2O3的比热容测量值Cpms进行校正,校正值Cpmd与文献值Cpstd非常吻合,相对误差小于0.67%。在此基础上测定复铜板玻璃化转变区的比热容,其结果与预期值相符。

Abstract:Within the temperature range of 100℃-200℃,the systematic error of measured specific heat capacity by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was calibrated with sapphire,and a correction coefficient K(T) was obtained,K(T)=-6×10^-7T2+6×10^-5T+0.9922.Additionally,the emendated values(Cp^md) of α-Al2O3,obtained by the formula Cp^md=K(T)Cp^ms,agreed well with the literature values(Cp^std),and the relative error was below 0.67%.On this basis,the specific heat capacity of copper clad laminate within glass transition zoom was measured,and the results were in accord with the expected values.
