纳米碳酸钙改性纤维的制备

摘    要:用间歇鼓泡碳化法制备纳米碳酸钙,并通过细胞壁加填的方式包覆于纤维上。通过扫描电镜分析纳米碳酸钙改性纤维的形貌和结构,利用动态滤水仪测定纳米碳酸钙与纤维之间的结合强度,并测定游离碳酸钙的粒径。结果表明,改性纤维表面均匀包覆一层碳酸钙,而碳酸钙尺寸达到纳米级;改性纤维经动态滤水仪在不同转速下强剪切,纤维表面仍有59%的碳酸钙颗粒包覆在纤维表面。分析了随着改性反应一同生成的游离碳酸钙的粒径特征,其特征径Dn达到了1μm,并且90%的碳酸钙的粒径在2.5μm以内,达到了微粉碳酸钙(1~5μm)的水平,部分粒径已经达到了微细碳酸钙(0.1~1μm)的水平。

Abstract:Fiber was modified with nano-calcium carbonate, which was prepared by batch bubble carbonization in wall loading. The morphology and structure was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), bond strength between nano-calcium and fiber was tested by dynamic drainage test and particle size of free calcium carbonate was tested. Results showed that calcium carbonate was coated on the surface of modified fiber evenly, and calcium carbonate size to the nanometer level. Almost 59% calcium carbonate particles still retained on the surface of the fiber against this kind of force under a circumstance of different stirring speed and shearing time. The particle characteristic of dissociative calcium carbonate produced by modifying reaction was also analyzed. The feature size (D,) reaches 1 μm, and 90% calcium carbonate's diameter is within 2.5 μm, it belongs to macro-CaCO3 category (1 -5 μm), partial particle has reached superfine CaCO3 category (0.1 - 1 μm).
