摘    要:研究显色剂2,3,7-三羟基-9-(3,4-二羟基)苯基荧光酮(3,4-DHPF)的合成方法.考察3,4-DHPF与钼(Ⅵ)的分光光度性质.在pH=5.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲介质中,钼(Ⅵ)和3,4-DHPF形成稳定的1∶2橘红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为566 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为εMo=1.84×104 L.mol-.1cm-1,钼(Ⅵ)含量在0~1.6 mg/L范围内符合朗伯比尔定律.

Abstract:The reagent of 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,4-dihydroxy) phenylfluorone(3,4-DHPF)was synthesized.And the spectrophotometric properties were investigated.It was found that,3,4-DHPF formed an orangered(2∶ 1) complex with molybdenum(Ⅵ) in the buffer solution(pH5.0 of NaAc-HAc),exhibiting an absorption maximum at 566 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.84×104 L · mol-1·cm-1,and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~1.6 mg/L molybdenum(Ⅵ).
