| 摘 要： | 沙漠空气滤清器是为长期在恶劣环境下工作的重型卡车、工程机械配套的一种高效率、长寿命滤清器,用以防止各类灰尘进入发动机引起早磨,延长发动机寿命,减少维护时间,降低维护成本。阐述了沙漠空气滤清器的典型结构和工作原理,介绍了试验室寿命的概念和计算方法,分析了影响沙漠空气滤清器试验室寿命的因素,并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The desert air filter is a kind of high efficiency and long service life filter equipped and matched for engineering machinery and heavy-duty truck operated under very bad environment for a long period of time, which is used for preventing all kinds of dusts to enter engines and induce early wear, extending service life of engine, reducing maintenance time and cutting down maintenance cost. The typical structure and working principle of the desert air filter were explained, and the concept of laboratory life and calculation method were introduced. The in- fluencing factors on laboratory life of the desert air filter were analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed. |
